- Employees are required to register in person at their respective DDO offices.
- Ensure the respective DDO has your enrolled mobile number and other personal information.
- All information must be accurate, as it will be used throughout your tenure in the department.
- The DDO will transmit your password to your registered mobile phone number.
- Your Employee Code will be your user id for the HRMS portal login.
- You may now enroll in to the official Karnataka human resource management system portal after receiving your credentials (User ID and Password).
How to Login to the Karnataka Human Resource Management System Portal?
- Navigate to the Karnataka HRMS site at http://www.hrms.karnataka.gov.in.
- After selecting the above link, the web portal of the website will open as shown in the below image.
- Select one of the following options from the Login menu: (1) HRMS Government, (2) HRMS Aided, or (3) HRMS Boards/Universities.
